Kelsie joined JCM Groups in early 2019 as a carer and within a short space of time she was promoted to a senior carer. Her role was to manage a team of carers working in the field, ensuring that they were performing to the best of their ability and meeting our clients needs. She also assisted with administration asks within the office and undertook staff spot checks and medication competencies in the field. Kelsie excelled at her role and when a position came up as a Care Coordinator within the office, she was promoted with no hesitation!
Kelsie now puts together the staff rotas, undertakes new client assessments and client care plan reviews, assists with taking on new referrals, undertakes staff spot checks and competencies, liaises with external professionals, clients and their families and staff on a daily basis and builds a great working relationship with them. She does all the administration work that happens behind the scenes in the office and keeps the branch running on a daily basis along with the branch management team.
Kelsie is a real asset to the Basildon branch and she has gone from strength to strength, we are all extremely proud of her. We are sure you will see her become a manager one day!
Kelsie states she enjoys working for the company, working with the staff and clients and is thankful for the opportunities she has been given to further her career.
