  • Can I choose my care worker?

    Yes you can.

  • What happens if my needs are not predictable? Can you increase and decrease care as I need it?

We have daily feedback from our care staff and will adjust your care support as required. We will work closely with other professionals involved in your care to ensure the support you are receiving meets your needs.

We request that you provide feedback relating to any concerns you may have to allow us to work with you to resolve these. If you are still unsatisfied we will advise you on what steps to take next.
