About us

It all started in 2006…

by the director and her sister who were working in care. They were passionate about providing the best care they could. They decided to use that passion to develop their own service. We have grown as a company, providing our unique services to 26 local authorities in England and Scotland. Our ultimate goal is to be ‘the face of care in the UK’.

Our commitment to our service users, commissioners brokerage, social service, regulators and all stakeholders is what drives us and keeps us coming to work every morning.

Over the years we have developed a set of simple principles that guide our work:

  • Putting the user at the centre of the support. People are unique and their care should be as well.
  • Never making assumptions about how much people can achieve and empowering them to meet their goals, however challenging
  • Working closely with the user’s wider network: family, friends, doctors, therapists
  • Providing high-level safe care with Dignity and Respect
  • Making sure we maintain high-quality care through staff training, user feedback and quality control
  • Treating our staff well: carers who enjoy working for us provide the best care
