Domiciliary care is also known as home care. We provide this service to a variety of clients; mostly elderly people but also people with learning difficulties; complex physical care needs as well as children. This is still at the core of our business and we sometimes feel that is viewed as ‘less important’ but to us, good domiciliary care can make all the difference to people and their families.

We will carry out a care needs assessment to find out the care support you need and we will also discuss cost during this assessment.

We have daily feedback from our care staff and will adjust your care support as required. We will work closely with other professionals involved in your care to ensure the support you are receiving meet your needs.
We request that you provide feedback relating to any concerns you may have to allow us to work with you to resolve these. If you are still unsatisfied we will advise you on what steps to take next.
