Caring for people when they are dying requires a lot of skill and patience. Good end-of-life care can make such a difference to the person themselves and the loved ones they leave behind.
The key to good care is making sure we listen to what people want and advocate on their behalf to make sure their plans are delivered in the way they want.
Where people want to die at home, we will do everything in our power to make that happen. We will work closely with health professionals and liaise with families. Our highly trained staff have lots of clinical skills to give you the practical support you need. But we also train them to deliver support in a compassionate and thoughtful way.
We are proud to hold various contracts with the NHS to provide end-of-life care to patients and their families. We work alongside NHS healthcare professionals to deliver seamless care at a difficult time
Mr H's top priority was to carry on his passion for music by attending a related college course, he was successful at securing a place and continues to attend college and enjoy his passion.
