LE's Story

“JCM Groups is a supportive and reliable employer to work for.”

I love my job and the variety my role provides me with

I joined JCM Groups to further my career as a Registered Manager. I have been with the company since 2019 and I am loving my role. I progressed from managing 1 branch to 2 branches, consisting of 3 services between them, and I have now set up a brand new branch in Southend On Sea where I live. I am grateful to the company for giving me the opportunity to start up a new branch and make it a success as this benefits me on a personal level too.

I initially trained and qualified as a Graphic Designer early on into my career before changing to the health and social care industry due to redundancy. Within my employment with JCM Groups I have been able to utilise my design skills for their promotional and advertising material which I’ve enjoyed a lot. I am also a qualified trainer and have been training staff within the company since I started my employment with them. I enjoy the variety my job role provides me with immensely and I find the company a really good employer to work for. All the staff are friendly, helpful and supportive and the senior management team and director of the company are highly in favour of progression and development, promoting staff internally and providing new opportunities for personal growth.

I see myself working for the company for many years to come and would highly recommend them as an employer. I especially enjoy our work nights out to unwind and the events we hold at Christmas as an organisation. Having fun is vital to keeping a happy work force!

I do not regret a thing having joined the health sector, I have gained adequate knowledge, skills and experience and built a good relationship with senior managers, fellow colleagues, frontline staff, clients and other associates within the health sector or other fields of work.
